General Information and Policies

*MAY 2024 Cancellation Policy:  Any appointments booked in the month of May that are cancelled within 48-hours notice will be charged the full price of the service. Few exceptions apply. 

Arrival Time


Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment to ensure that your services run as smoothly as possible. Arriving late for any service(s) may require a reduced appointment time or cancellation of your appointment.

Tuesday - Thursday: 10 AM - 7 PM*

Friday - Saturday: 9 AM - 8 PM

Cancellation Policy


A credit card is required to reserve all spa services. If you do not wish to provide us with this information, you may come in as a walk-in if there is same-day availability. We ask for a 48-hour notice when rescheduling / cancelling appointments, otherwise you will be charged a fee.

Medical Conditions


Certain medical conditions may make a client ineligible to receive certain and/or all services. Examples of these conditions include but are not limited to: antibiotic or steroid use, systemic infection, active cancer, untreated blood clotting disorders, certain heart conditions, open wounds, and certain skin conditions. If you have any questions about your specific medical history, a member of our staff is happy to discuss contraindications for services with you personally. 

Extra Services


Renewal Day Spa does not offer any "special" or "extra" services. Any inappropriate behavior displayed while booking or during a service will result in a permanent ban from our spa.

Food & Beverage Offerings


Lunch: Green salad topped with strawberries, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and carrots. Served along with a chilled chicken caesar pasta or veggie pasta.

Beverages: Water, chilled sweet tea, chilled green tea, hot tea, lemonade, orange juice, sparkling grape juice, sparkling apple juice & hot chocolate.

Food and beverage selection may change. Please specify any dietary restrictions at the time of scheduling.

If you plan on bringing your own refreshments, we will need your set-up needs in advance in order to accommodate you as best as we can. Please note that we do not have a full kitchen, so you will not be able to cook or heat food.

Walk-Ins


Walk-ins are welcome pending technician availability. However, we highly recommend making an appointment up to a few weeks ahead of time in order to get your preferred availability. Also, some of our services are only offered during specific days / times of the week.

Methods of Payment


We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. We also accept SpaFinder, SpaWeek, and SpaWish gift cards (see restrictions below). We do not accept checks for any service. 

Children


Children under the age of fifteen are not allowed in the spa during the time of service unless the child is receiving an appointment with parent supervision. We will not make any exceptions to this policy under any circumstances.

Gratuities


Gratuities are not included in any of our pricing. However, gratuities are greatly appreciated for exceptional services. The normal range for gratuity is 15%-20%.

Series Purchases


Some treatments are best when purchased in a series. We offer discounts for certain services when purchasing a series. Treatments purchased in a series of 10 or more will receive a 25% discount. 

Preferences


Your comfort is our first priority. If you have any specific preferences regarding your treatment, please notify the front desk coordinator when booking the appointment. We try our best to accommodate all requests.

Gift Cards


Gift cards are available online or at our spa. Please remember that gift cards are valid for exactly 1 year after the date of purchase. Special pricing and packages will also be valid for one year from the time of purchase. Gift card purchases are not refundable.

SpaFinder, SpaWeek, etc.


We accept SpaFinder, SpaWish, and SpaWeek gift cards. You must submit the gift certificate or the card prior to any appointment, and certificate or card balance must be verified prior to your appointment. These gift cards can only be used on full priced services and cannot be used on any special pricing, package pricing, discounted offers, or gratuity. If you are using SpaFinder, SpaWish, or SpaWeek gift cards, full price will be applied to all services received.

Spa Parties (5+ people)


To ensure that your services run smoothly, we will need a complete list of people attending and services requested, along with a 50% deposit, at least 14 days in advance of your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable only in the case of a cancellation or reschedule with less than 72 hours, or 3 days, notice. 

Each member of your party will receive a 10% discount off the full price of all services if the average total per person is $100 or less. If the average total per person is $100 or more, everyone will receive a 20% discount off the full price of their services. Discounts cannot be combined. 18% gratuity (calculated from the discounted price) will be automatically added to all services.

The deposit for the whole group must be submitted as one payment. The balance due on the date of service must be submitted as one payment. Payments will not be split at checkout.

A 30-minute block of time in our Quiet Room may be scheduled so all members of your party will be able to spend time together at the spa. All services will be scheduled according to resource availability. Additional Quiet Room time must also be requested at least 7 days in advance of the appointment.
